Ryan Neas has been a window film installer since the year 2000. Ryan helped establish another tint shop from the ground up and became one of the most desired and recommended film installers in the Philadelphia, Tri-State area. At Shades Of Gray (SOG), and as a certified LLumar installer, Ryan now remains focused on continuing to build his well established reputation for quality craftsmanship and ultimate customer satisfaction. Damon Spano has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years. He started as a custom installer of automotive aftermarket accessories in 1984 with Trim-Line Inc. Soon he was manager of the store. He opened his own business in 1992, Auto Trim Plus Inc. Until 2005, Damon ran a successful business, but desired new challenges. Going to work for Nino Chevrolet, Damon became parts and service director after just 3 months. Still, working on cars was his passion, so he quickly jumped at the opportunity to start Shades Of Gray with Ryan.
